We very much enjoyed the guided bus tour to New York City, it was our first time travelling by bus and to New York. It was a great experience, we got to see things and places that we would not been able to see because of little knowledge of the city.

The tour Manager Suzanne, and the bus driver John were terrific, Suzanne with her wealth of  knowledge and John with excellent driving skills, combined with the respect and courtesy from the both of them, we will do it again via Comfort Tours.

We also had the opportunity to meet, tour and have dinner with fantastic and beautiful people from as far away as New Zealand, France and locally.  Great trip.

We enjoyed our trip to New York City tremendously. Suzanne the tour guide and John the bus driver were excellent. Suzanne was very good at letting us know where we were going and what to do in every situation. She is very personable, energetic, keeping the travel time filled with films, games, and other entertainment. John has to be the best bus driver ever. He moved through the busy streets of New York City without any problems at all. He even made an extra stop for us returning to Toronto at the parking lot where we had left the car. Most of all I want to thank Suzanne, John, and Al for going out of their way to solve a problem for us at the Toronto parking facility. My parking permit was going to run out before we got back and Al was kind enough to make his way there and put an extra $10.00 on the window for me, possibly preventing a tow or a big ticket. I tried to pay him back but was turned down. Finally, the four star hotel in New Jersey was exactly that. Breakfast had everything one would want to eat in the morning. We would recommend Comfort Tours to anyone.

It was an excellent tour. Suzanne was the best and John was an excellent driver touring us around the city. Our tour guide in New York was also very good. He was knowledgeable of the city and very personable. I would go back in a minute. Thank you for making this an experience to remember.
