Pam Cook, our guide was indeed the best - she is well-informed, really organized and fun to be with. Her kindness and caring ways touched us so much so that we are looking forward to book our next tour with her already. Greg, our driver was excellent as he skilfully guided us through the biggest metropolis in the world. Eugene, our guide in NY city was very knowledgeable and gave us so many interesting facts about this city.

I just wanted to offer a big "Thank You" to Comfort Tours, Pam Cook and Greg our driver on the May 31-June 3rd trip to NYC. It was my wife and I's first such trip, and am glad to say we cannot wait until we do it again. It is certainly an enjoyable vacation, and the Hyatt Morristown was top notch. What was most pleasurable, was the many nice people we met and travelled with. It was truly a memorable trip, that weI will speak highly of for years to come.

Our trip to new york was fabulous.  My granddaughter was with me for her 16th birthday.  I cannot say enough about our guide pam cook, the drivere gregg.  They were most helpful, courteous and thoughtful.  Will go again with comfort tours and I highly recommend it.  Sincerely  Helen Faichney

In reply to your request for feedback on our trip to Montreal/Quebec City & Ottawa I would like to congratulate you on a very informative and well organized tour.

Our tour guide Natasha was most helpful and full of all kinds of information that we found most entertaining and helpful in getting to learn more about our great country of Canada.  The tour guides in Montreal and Quebec city were an absolute joy and we hung on every word they said.  One could see that they enjoyed their work and took a great deal of pride in their respective cities.

It was unfortunate that the weather was not co-operative but one just cannot predict that but, never mind, perhaps our next tour with you will be a bright and sunny one.
