We had an interesting trip to Boston and Pam and Ken were amazing. Ken is the best driver I have ever had on any trip. I would have like to have had some downtime after the long bus trip to Boston, as I found it to be too intense (but that might only be me). The last evening would have been more enjoyable if we had returned to the hotel at 5.00, cleaned up and gone out locally for dinner. Staying longer in Plymouth would have been nice, rather than returned to Boston and stopping at the Christmas Store. Too much was crowded into the itinerary as would rather have quality than quantity. Hope this helps Many thanks, Marilyn Hepburn
We (Marilyn Hepburn and I) had a wonderful visit to Boston. Pam was a helpful tour guide and a lot of fun. Ken was an excellent driver and a nice man. John, the Boston guide, gave us a lot of interesting information. The weather was perfect and our hotel in Framington was very comfortable.
I would have liked to return to our hotel and change for dinner at least one evening. With Pam and Ken's help, we took to train back and ate at the hotel ourselves, but it would have been nice to have had a last meal together, then have time to pack before we left the next morning.
The trip there and back was long, but Pam kept us entertained with movies and games and lots of breaks.

Great trip! Rena our host was great. She really made all feel comfortable. John our bus driver was amazing manouvering that bus through the streets of New York. The only suggestion I would have is if the guide had more info. about the different attractions, ie where to get tickets etc.

My husband and I just returned from Boston and I must tell you what a fantastic trip it was. Ken and Pam were the best to travel with. Ken was always very approachable, dependable, helpful, easy going, and most importantly the safest driver we have ever encountered. Pam was and will always be our best tour guide. This is our third trip with comfort travel and must tell you Pam goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, enjoying the trip, has the knowledge and history about where we visit, entertains us with jokes, puzzles, movies, music, etc. her endless entertainment really makes the time go fast and enjoyable. Pam is truly an example of the best tour guide in the business.

Just like to say the tour to Chicago was fantastic and it fulfilled all my expectations. Wayne and Natasha were just great, Natasha was very knowledgeable and Wayne a super driver who went out of his way to get around obstacles because of the summit to make sure that we saw all the sites outlined in the itinerary. I must say the accommodations were over the top a bit out of the way but the most relaxing place I have been too. I was very pleased that we were able to attend the Frank Lloyd Wright House in Oak Park as it was not part of the tour but because of the summit we were able to fit it in.
I did enjoy the shopping along the Magnificent Mile but would liked to have had more time to do the river walk as well as the boat tour along the river, I would have like to see all those magnificent buildings from the street. As this was my second trip with your Tour company I will definitely recommend it to my friends and look forward to next year for the trip to Washington.
