We had an absolutely wonderful trip to New York City!!..My daughter, son and I enjoyed it thoroughly!  Suzanne Marchington was an extremely upbeat, pleasant and humorous host and provided us with all the comforts and security while we were away from home.  I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Tours to anyone who is interested in travelling safely, stressfree and looking to have a great time!  Also, our driver John was excellent and provided an extremely safe trip to NYC!!!  Thank you again!

For someone who wants an overview of NYC and area, this is the most practical way of doing it.  From our standpoint our host was friendly, helpful, accommodating and did her best to cater to everybody.  It would have been more satisfying had she provided more info on points of interest while enroute. Our driver was first class -- no way we could have negotiated handling the NYC gridlock. 

Overall the trip is highly commendable.

We had an interesting trip to Boston and Pam and Ken were amazing. Ken is the best driver I have ever had on any trip.  I would have like to have had some downtime after the long bus trip to Boston, as I found it to be too intense (but that might only be me).  The last evening would have been more enjoyable if we had returned to the hotel at 5.00, cleaned up and gone out locally for dinner. Staying longer in Plymouth would have been nice, rather than returned to Boston and stopping at the Christmas Store.  Too much was crowded into the itinerary as would rather have quality than quantity.  Hope this helps    Many thanks, Marilyn Hepburn

My husband and I just returned from Boston and I must tell you what a fantastic trip it was.  Ken and Pam were the best to travel with.  Ken was always very approachable, dependable, helpful, easy going, and most importantly the safest driver we have ever encountered.  Pam was and will always be our best tour guide.  This is our third trip with comfort travel and must tell you Pam goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, enjoying the trip, has the knowledge and history about where we visit, entertains us with jokes, puzzles, movies, music, etc. her endless entertainment really makes the time go fast and enjoyable.  Pam is truly an example of the best tour guide in the business.
