Our tour of Washington was indeed a challenging one for our tour guide and driver, Marilyn, and  John. Hurricane winds, power outages and extreme heat meant that she often had to deviate from the routine in order to accommodate her group. However, she came through wonderfully. We were her "family', and she did everything she could to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Hat's off to Marilyn. We had a great time.

Greetings, overall the trip to Chicago was great! The city is so beautiful and clean, with great sightseeing and opportunities to shop. I highly recommend this tour. A great weekend away:)

The tour was well planned, interesting, with enough scheduled events but also well balanced with free time. The hotel was clean, friendly, and had good restaurants. And, the scenary around the hotel was just lovely.

Wayne was a terrific driver. He was professional while being human, patient, and funny.

We recently joined your bus tour to Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa. ( 1st to 3rd June 2012).  We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.  It was hectic and very wet at times but our guide Natasha was most helpful and informative at all times.  She was very helpful, advising us where we could find good restaurants and shops as well as having a good knowledge of all three cities. The guides we had for Montreal and Quebec were also very informative and entertaining. The Hotel in Montreal was excellent and we thought the whole tour was good value for money.  We would have no hesitation in recommending  your company to anyone, and will keep you address on file, should we return to North America.

This is our second excursion with Comfort Travel...the first one to Chicago and now to Boston.  We have been discussing which one we enjoyed more and the jury is still out on this one.  Boston was fabulous, due in a large part to the itinerary that Comfort Travel provided and also our tour director Pam.  Not only is she funny but she knows her stuff and will do her best to accommodate you.  Our driver Ken was very professional and at no time did we ever feel nervous, in fact the two of them made quite a team.  We extended our time in Boston to catch the Jays play and it was sad to see our group leave in the morning, it was a lot of fun!  We would highly recommend Comfort travel again and if all goes well we'll be planning a trip to Washington.  Keep up the good work on keeping these types of trips affordable, hopefully Pam could be our tour guide again...I think that would be a hat-trick eh!
