I have just returned from my tour to NYC Nov. 8 - 11th and I really enjoyed it.  I was really nervous about going on the tour because of all the news reports about Hurricane Sandy and then the snow storm.  Just about all of my family were urging me to not go on the trip.  But I have to tell you, Natasha was an excellent tour guide.  She called my house the day before we were suppose to go on the tour and it made me feel so much more relaxed to be able to ask her questions and be reassured. She was able to make quick changes when we weren't able to go somewhere because of the damage.  The Hyatt in Morrestown was a beautiful hotel. I loved the tour but I think because of the amount of things to see and do in NYC I think it should be a 5 day tour with one day as a free day to do whatever you want all day.

We really enjoyed our Oct. 25th bus trip to NYC. The accommodations/ guided tour of the city were both excellent and very well planned out. I can't say enough about  our TD Pam Cook and driver Cam who were very professional and accommodating, always making sure everything went well....gosh, we even got out in the nick of time just before that bad storm hit NY and NJ. Still don't know how Cam was able to drive a big bus so easily (and CALMLY) in all that traffic in Manhattan!! A small suggestion I could make is to cut down on time being spent at the Corning Museum and df shop on the way to NJ which would give more rest time at the hotel on the first day. Thanks again Pam and Cam.. you were both great! And yes, because of this experience,  we would recommend the NYC Comfort Tour bus trip and now planning the next one.

We recently returned from your  NYC tour Oct. 25th thru' Oct. 28th. It was our first bus tour and we were pleased with it. We were able to enjoy a good overview of the city in a short time.

The guide "Pam Cook" was so helpful and friendly . Her interaction with the varied passengers was wonderful . She kept everyone informed and provided us with DVD'S, music,  games and prizes. She made the long bus ride fun.

Also, "Cam" our bus driver was very skilled at navigating the tour bus through  difficult situations. He also had a good sense of humour.

We did find the bus a bit cramped and think a pocket or some kind oft pull down tray would be helpful.
