We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of Comfort Tour. Everything from the Bus conditon, Bus driver Ken, Tour Guide Pam Cook and accommodations. Pam was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and truly shows her passion for people and her job. She always made us feel comfortable and truly is a gem. Ken also was professional in his driving skills and put us at ease for a long drive to Boston. I would highly recommend Comfort Tour to my family and friends and would definitely consider booking a tour with your company again. I would appreciate if you would please recognize Pam and Ken for such lovely job they did this weekend.

My sister and I (June Enright) had a wonderful time in Boston, and we both attribute such a good time to our FABULOUS tour guide, Pam Cook.  Pam really looked after us.  She was
friendly, made us feel at home at all times, was extremely energetic and attentive to our needs and also entertained us every moment.  She was knowledgeable about Boston, the surrounding area and her enthusiasm was contagious.  She really was wonderful, I can't say enough about her.  Our driver, Ken, was also an asset to the trip.  We both sat at the front of the bus and were witness to an extremely competent driver.  He was friendly and courteous  to all of us at all times.  I just can't say enough.  Thank you all.  We would recommend Comfort Tours to anyone and should the opportunity arise take one of your other trips again without hesitation.

I went on the tour to Boston last week and thoroughly enjoyed it, despite the rather unpleasant weather.  Your "dynamic duo" of  driver Ken and tour director Pam went above and beyond to ensure that we all had a marvellous and memorable experience - kudos to your company for securing such outstanding tour leaders.  Ken's driving was flawless, not a moment of apprehension or unease as a passenger and Pam, well her energy and enthusiasm is contagious and kept all of us motivated despite the downpours.  The interaction between Ken and Pam was awesome, they entertained us the whole trip, with movies, concerts, games and jokes - Pam the energizer bunny and Ken the calm, relaxed gentleman for whom nothing was too much.  Congratulations ...these two are keepers.  I will be booking further Comfort Tours with the proviso that Ken & Pam are on board. Thank you!
