Hi: We really enjoyed our trip to Boston and Salem. Everything met our expectations, the weather co-operated and Pam was a super host who made our trip that much more enjoyable, a great lady. Ken was your consummate professional bus driver who we felt totally safe with throughout the trip. Our Boston guide, John, was a great story teller who gave us all the history we wanted to know of the area. Our Salem guide, Fran, was a real hoot and had us all laughing during her time with us. A very knowledgeable lady who loves her town of Salem. She took us to some beautiful spots around the area and we really enjoyed our time with her. All in all it was a great trip. My sister and I enjoyed our trip to New York very much.  The hotel room was comfortable and the staff was wonderful. The buffet breakfast had many selections to choose from.  Everyone was polite and accommodating.

Our tour guide Rick was informative, funny and made the trip enjoyable.  Our driver was great!

I have only a few suggestions:  in my opinion, the seats on the bus should be rotated so that the ones who sit at the back of the bus do not always have to sit at the back;  it would also have been nice to have had a couple more items included in the tour.  I would have paid a bit more to have had the top of the rock and/or the empire state building as part of the tour rather than as part of our free time.

All in all it was a memorable trip.  i would recommend Comfort Tours to my friends, if asked.

Thank you - the Boston trip was excellent, outstanding driver Ken and most efficient and entertaining host Pam.  We would certainly do another trip with Comfort again.

I thoroughly enjoyed your Boston tour which was enhanced by Pam who goes the extra mile to make it enjoyable.  While I had looked forward to going to Plymouth, the tour to Salem was very interesting and the tour guide there was excellent.  Also, Ken is an excellent driver and made me feel comfortable and safe.

As this was my 4^th tour with Comfort Tours, I look forward to travelling to other destinations in the future.  I understand Philadelphia is contemplated and I would look forward to going there.
