Hi . My wife and I just got back from New York City. The city was wonderful, but what made the trip so enjoyable was the tour guide and our driver. Christine and John made our travel time so enjoyable, you lost track of time.

They both went above and beyond, to ensure we had a good time. We hope to go to Chicago next year and will be in touch then.

The tour guides were very friendly, efficent , prompt, knowledgable and professional. The bus driver was very safetyminded courtious, friendly and very knowedgable about his route and very informative about the different areas. This is our second tour, having done the New York tour two years ago. We have recommended your Company and know of several people that have taken at least one of your tours. We enjoyed our tour to NYC. The host Carol was amazing! She is very accomodating, funny and very courteous to us. She is a good host and we were happy with the job well done. We were in Bus B and the group were good. The only thing that we did not like most is the stopping in Waterloo/NY outlet mall. The shops are far from each other and the time is limited. We would be happy if we could have stopped at The Prime outlet mall in Buffalo, the stores there are in one roof, not much walking to each stores. There was no small bus that goes around in those stores ta the Waterloo/NY outlet mall.
