The trip was fantastic,so much fun!

The trip to Chicago was wonderful.  You are very lucky to have 2 employees like Natasha and Wayne. Both are very good at their jobs and went above and beyond to assist.

Chicago was very surprising.  It is a clean city – no graffiti, no garbage. The people were very helpful.  We were looking for a train in Union Station, and a local commuter took us by the hand to the proper track, Friday afternoon  in “rush hour” traffic.  Amazing!

The city maintains a long beach front, not blocked by condos.  People take the bus from the suburbs to downtown to swim. The way the politicians have made the waterfront for the people, and not the developers is wonderful.

We are so happy we went.

We were on the New York City tour with Pam (tour guide) and John (driver) and they were both terrific.  John navigating through New York traffic and Pam entertaining us on the bus ride and giving us all the information and help we could

This was my first bus trip and was extremely pleased with the entire trip.

Cam and Rick were always courteous and eager to help anyone. They made the experience very enjoyable.

The information from the tour guides was well presented and their personal take on things felt like they really enjoyed their work.

The hotel was in a good location and well appointed. No complaints.  

I will definitely let others know of my experience with your company in a positive way.
