My daughter and i just returned  from your tour to Montreal and Quebec City,this is the second trip we have taken with you ,the first being NYC, again we were throughly impressed and enjoyed every second,our guide Natasha was awesome,paying attention to every detail and able to give us so much interesting information our driver Simon was excellent too....we loved  Quebec City and are planning to return .....you should do a trip to just Quebec City !!!!...so much to see and do would have liked to have stayed there longer. Hello, Comfort Tours. The 3 days bus tour (Aug. 24- 26)  to Montreal/Quebec/Ottawa and 1000 Islands were very,very good. That were passangers from Argentina,  Australia, Croatia, England, Puorta Rico and Poland. Our driver Simon, tour host Natasha, were excellent, ( they are very good employee, and you should be very happy with them). Our tour guides,  Martin in Montreal, and Jean in Quebec City were excellent, they make sure that everybody hear and understand what they were saying about their beautiful City. They  are professionals, they should be very proud of themself, and also their  employer should be very happy to have  dedicated employees like them.The weather was perfect, and so was atmosfer in the bus with the multicultural passangers. Ottawa tour was kind of the disappointment, because there were no  chanding of the Guards, and we couldn't even finished the outside tour of the Parlament Hill, because there was something going on, and police didn't let anybody stay near the building.That wasn't Natasha's fault. I wanted to take group pictures in front of the Parlament  Building, but  couldn't do it.The hotel we were staying in , wasn't the best one, but it was OK for how much we stay in. The personnels at the reception  were friendly, and the location is good. thousand Island boat cruise was excellent. I would like to make a suggestion; I know that this isn't a religious tour, but I think, if you include( in guided tour) Saint  Joseph Oratory, at least for pictures taking, I'm sure people would like that regardless of the religions. At the end  I have to say that my family and I  enjoyed this multicultural trip very much, and we would  recommendit to anyone who we talk to. The tour was well done. The ride was slightly longer than I anticipated but overall the trip was a success.

Joe, our director was so funny and well versed on the sights. He kept the energy on the bus fun and light.  Catered to both the teens on the bus, including my daughter and the adults.

I would definitely take the tour again and would certainly recommend to others

My husband and I did the NY tour from Aug 23-26 and this was our first bus tour and I would definitely do it again with comfort tours. Our tour guide Eliane was fantastic she really new her history and gave us great tips and ideas of what to do on our free time.  Our bus drive John also gave some good tips and was an amazing driver.  The hotel was beautiful with lots of restaurants to go and eat at.  To see NY is very over whelming, so much to see and not sure where to start first.  There can be a lot of walking on your free time, so be sure to try the subways and taxis. You must do Canal street for your favorite knock off purses and watches, but beware of the perfumes, if they are in the open and on the shelves they are real if not they are fake.  I bought Estee Lauder Beautiful perfume that was on the shelf behind many bottles and inside a box, The perfume was 15.00 too good to be true...   My favorite part was Central Park, and Ellis Island.  The picture I added was jumping in Time Square!!
