We took a tour of New York last week and had a wonderful time indeed . The tour was well-organized and managed. There was a good balance of sight-seeing and free time with ample guidance and directions for the places we chose to see on our own. We found ourselves in utterly professional, caring and responsible hands all along. Most certainly, we would like to travel with Comfort Tours in the future and have already given strong recommendations to friends and colleagues to travel with this company. My husband and I spent 4 fabulous days in Washington DC in August. Despite the boiling temperatures, we had a fabulous time. The city itself is spectacular, and I feel we certainly saw all the high points. The memorials were great, and Natasha and John were great at supplying respite in that air conditioned bus! They were also great at finding rest stops - after all that water, washrooms rule!
John and Natasha were fabulous leaders. We enjoyed their knowledge and good humour, even if John would not stop at a Friday night estate sale for me! (I didn't really expect him to!)
The group was terrific, very polite and good at meeting deadlines, such as meeting times for the bus. We had a few laughs over breakfast and it was all very pleasant.
My only criticism were the lunch stops. Some of them were particularly crummy; Cracker Barrel, The Old Post Office for example. I understand the need to feed 40 people quickly, but more attention needs to be paid to good, healthy food that hasn't been fried to death.

Our family have just returned from Washington D.C tour. We were so overwhelmed how much we enjoyed our tour with your company. We've been to a lot of tours from different companies, but so far this was the best! We were happy to see everything and we were quite satisfied with the experience. It was quite a very secured and comfortable trip. Our tour guide, Natasha and the driver, John made it a perfect trip. We wanted an educational tour and it has surpassed our expectations. We were pampered like royalties! From now on, Comfort Travel will be our top list! I recommended your tour to all my friends because it's all worth it! We enjoyed our trip a lot. Our special thank you to Pam, she is highly professional, organized, and funny. A lot of handouts were provided. The tour was not boring at any point. We would certainly consider to travel to other destinations with her. The suggested restaurants in Plymouth and Boston were great, so is the general atmosphere in the bus. Thank you for a great trip.

Hello, Comfort Tours. The 3 days bus tour (Aug. 24- 26) to Montreal/Quebec/Ottawa and 1000 Islands were very,very good. That were passangers from Argentina, Australia, Croatia, England, Puorta Rico and Poland. Our driver Simon, tour host Natasha, were excellent, ( they are very good employee, and you should be very happy with them). Our tour guides, Martin in Montreal, and Jean in Quebec City were excellent, they make sure that everybody hear and understand what they were saying about their beautiful City. They are professionals, they should be very proud of themself, and also their employer should be very happy to have dedicated employees like them.The weather was perfect, and so was atmosfer in the bus with the multicultural passangers. Ottawa tour was kind of the disappointment, because there were no chanding of the Guards, and we couldn't even finished the outside tour of the Parlament Hill, because there was something going on, and police didn't let anybody stay near the building.That wasn't Natasha's fault. I wanted to take group pictures in front of the Parlament Building, but couldn't do it.The hotel we were staying in , wasn't the best one, but it was OK for how much we stay in. The personnels at the reception were friendly, and the location is good. thousand Island boat cruise was excellent. I would like to make a suggestion; I know that this isn't a religious tour, but I think, if you include( in guided tour) Saint Joseph Oratory, at least for pictures taking, I'm sure people would like that regardless of the religions. At the end I have to say that my family and I enjoyed this multicultural trip very much, and we would recommendit to anyone who we talk to.
