I was recently on the Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa and Thousand Island bus tour. As this was my first time on a bus tour I found that it surpassed my expectations. The tour manager, Natasha, was very professional, she was well informed and engaged the right step-on tour guides in Montreal and Quebec who were very knowledgeable about their city and Canadian history. She also made the tour fun by introducing movies and a game to keep us engaged during the long drives between stops.

Our driver, Simon, was also very professional, a skilled driver (he drove through those narrow street with such ease), and also very good natured.

It was fun and overall a pleasant experience for myself and my friends. I would recommend this tour and to anyone who wants to visit Quebec.

Hello, we just came back yesterday from the NYC tour and it was great.  It was very well organized.  Marilyn, our Tour Director, really took care of us.  She was attentive always and offered us a wealth of information.  She also made sure we were always entertained. Greg, our driver, was also fantastic.  He also took care of us and went out of his way to get us to the Brooklyn Bridge.

This tour is really great if you want to cover a lot of ground in a couple day without having to do a lot of planning yourself.

The tour was just “fabulous” !!

It was well organized, and the host Natasha, deserves a special mention due to her very caring attitude and she tried giving us the best at every moment. Simon, the driver was very jovial and extremely helpful. I will always recommend very strongly to all my friends and colleagues that your tours are well worth the money spent and the value derived from the same. I wish Comfort tours the very best for the futures and hope that they diversify into other tours as well. One of the one I will be interested in future will be the “rocky mountains” if possible. I also have a suggestion, to extend the duration of this tour…like 5 to 6 days, so that more well known sites can be covered in slightly more details….

I would like to thank Natasha Goranskaya for making the Chicago trip both enjoyable and educational. It was very well organized.  The hotel was excellent as were the tour and the guides.  I would definitely recommend  these tours and will take another one with Comfort Tours.
