This was our very first bus tour and we didn't know what to expect. We really enjoyed the tour to Chicago. The Hotel was beautiful, just a nice quiet place after a day in the busy downtown. We had Natasha as a guide and she did an excellent job, very helpful and entertaining and the driver, Wayne kept us save on the road. The tour was well organized. We are not really into shopping at outlet malls, but the ones they took us to were very nice and we enjoyed them, too. It was an excellent trip and we would like to go to New York City next.

Natasha our tour guide was the most professional and world class tour guide I have ever experienced.

Wayne, the driver was also terrific and one of the best, if not the best.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa. The hotel, “Le Nouvelle Hotel and Spa” was great, the room was spacious, having a fridge and microwave in the room was a bonus and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was great, easy to walk one block to Ste. Catherine Street. The neighbourhood felt safe and I felt comfortable to walk in the area at night. Our tour guide “Rena” was excellent, very well informed, she had a good sense of humour and made everyone feel comfortable. Harry, our driver was terrific, he was very courteous and professional. I had a very positive experience with your company was would consider going on another of your tours.
