My husband and I just came back from a trip to Chicago with Comfort Tours Travel last night.  I cannot express how much we enjoyed our experience with Comfort Tours, not to mention our time in Chicago!! After a stressful year in our personal lives, visiting Chicago worked magic on our well-being, and proved to be very therapeutic!  What a terrific tour company to travel with!!  Our Tour Director, Natasha was most accommodating, and sensitive to the needs of each and every passanger on board the Denny's motor coach bus!  She was fun, witty, and enthusiastic during the entire trip, and had a great sense of humor!  What a truly amazing lady!!  I was personally inspired by her learned nature and demeanor, and as a teacher, really appreciated how well she planned and organized the trips itinerary which was perfectly detailed and accurately followed through!!  Wayne, our driver, was excellent!!  He was helpful and very patient as he assisted with our luggage, and safely getting everyone on and off the bus between stops, making as feel secure and at ease with his driving expertise.Chicago is a must see, where cities are concerned!!!  The unique and intricate architecture, breathtaking waterfront, and friendly locals there, are truly magnificent!!! One is guaranteed to fall in love with this very clean and attractive city!!! We absolutely loved Chicago, our time with Comfort Tours, and the wonderful group of people we travelled with, always pleasant and easygoing!!  Hats off to Natasha, Wayne, and to Comfort Tours Travel, for a job well done!!!  We look forward to booking with this tour company again in the near future!!!

It was a great trip to New York, quite an experience.  Christine ws a great tour guide. The only thing I was disappointed in was that i wasn't able to get in to see the Ground Zero Monument. A few of us walked there but they weren't allowing any more in on that day, and not being computer literate I couldn't go on line to get tickets.

We absolutely enjoyed our trip to Chicago(July 19-22) with Natasha and driver Wayne. Both were suberb in teir respective responsibilities.
 
Natasha was extremely well organized displaying exhuberance, high degree of knowledge, professionalism, consideration as well as respect for all passengers. She went well above expectations.
 
Wayne lived up to Natasha's description as "The Best Driver in The World". His skill navigating the Chicago congestion was extremely profient. Always confident with a pleasing personality made Wayne a great ambassador for Comfort tours.
 
Overall our experience was A+.

As a single mom of two teenagers, I felt the need for a 'mental health break'. I  decided to book a trip to New York City the weekend of July 19-22/12.  It was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Our tour guide Christine was phenomenal and kept us entertained during the long ride, with games, videos and her very sharp sense of humour. John, our driver, was a master on the roads, manipulating his way through the streets of the Big Apple like the seasoned pro he is. He was a real gentleman, helping each of us off the coach at every stop. Christine did such a fantastic job getting us oriented to how to find our way around, that I found myself giving directions to confused tourists in Time Square!

    The lights, the sounds, the crowds, the chaos, the smells kept my senses overloaded as I strolled down Broadway.  Although I was travelling solo, at no time was I concerned about my safety and, personally, the sense of freedom was one I hadn't enjoyed in a long time!  My fellow tour passengers were a terrific bunch and included newlyweds on their honeymoon, moms and daughters, girlfriends, families and married couples.  We shared many a laugh, belted out a few songs together (' New York, New York' with Frank Sinatra blaring from the speakers in the coach!) as well as a couple of drinks at our beautiful hotel. Christine and John are a great team and went above and beyond the normal scope of their duties to ensure that we were all taken care of and had a weekend to remember. They were great ambassadors for Comfort Tours and Denny's Coach Lines. Thanks for a wonderful 4 days!
