As a family of 5 , we experienced our first bus tour to Chicago. It was truly an amazing experience!
There were plenty of comfort stops, activities on the bus while driving, shopping opportunities and of course the comprehensive tour of Chicago with the assistance of the hop on tour guide and lovely boat cruise. As hoped, we were able to see many of the highlights this great city has to offer. The hotel (Hyatt) was just superb! What a great choice!
Natasha was our host and she was absolutely outstanding!!! She has an incredible enthusiasm, extremely knowledgeable, a warm personality, organized and most important, made us feel that she truly wanted us to have the best time ever! SHE DID JUST THAT!
Finally, a recognition to our wonderful driver Wayne who took us through some very difficult driving situations and kept us comfortable and safe during our travels!
Thanks for allowing us to share a great family experience and I will certainly recommend Comfort Tours to others contemplating trips to the destinations you offer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our bus trip to New York (July 12-15)! It was our first time to visit the Big Apple and so happy to have gone via Comfort Tours. Our bus driver John was very friendly and helpful. His driving was exceptional! The way he handled New York traffic was amazing! Our bus tour guide Christine was great! She was very friendly, helpful, funny and extremely knowledgeable. John and Christine worked well together and were both professionals. Thank you for everything and we will certainly be back to visit other amazing cities on Comfort Tours!!
Having just completed the New York tour...with all the sights, sounds, and smells still fresh, and having never been before, I would have to say that it was quite enjoyable, and that I would go again. Our driver John was a most gracious gentlemen, treating all of us like kings and queens...truly a shining star to this tour. My suggestion however would be... especially for those who have not been to New York before, is a more detailed map and directions as to how to get to certain points of interest in Manhattan and back to the hotel...via, the subway, train etc, otherwise it's two days of.."which way and how?". I found the general directions and the limited time our tour guide had to explain these were not efficient. Koodoos to the hotel, was great, the most comfortable bed I have slept in a long while, excellent service. Overall this trip is definately going to take up a couple pages in my book...I LOVE NEW YORK.
My husband and I just came back from a trip to Chicago with Comfort Tours Travel last night. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our experience with Comfort Tours, not to mention our time in Chicago!! After a stressful year in our personal lives, visiting Chicago worked magic on our well-being, and proved to be very therapeutic! What a terrific tour company to travel with!! Our Tour Director, Natasha was most accommodating, and sensitive to the needs of each and every passanger on board the Denny's motor coach bus! She was fun, witty, and enthusiastic during the entire trip, and had a great sense of humor! What a truly amazing lady!! I was personally inspired by her learned nature and demeanor, and as a teacher, really appreciated how well she planned and organized the trips itinerary which was perfectly detailed and accurately followed through!! Wayne, our driver, was excellent!! He was helpful and very patient as he assisted with our luggage, and safely getting everyone on and off the bus between stops, making as feel secure and at ease with his driving expertise.Chicago is a must see, where cities are concerned!!! The unique and intricate architecture, breathtaking waterfront, and friendly locals there, are truly magnificent!!! One is guaranteed to fall in love with this very clean and attractive city!!! We absolutely loved Chicago, our time with Comfort Tours, and the wonderful group of people we travelled with, always pleasant and easygoing!! Hats off to Natasha, Wayne, and to Comfort Tours Travel, for a job well done!!! We look forward to booking with this tour company again in the near future!!!

As a single mom of two teenagers, I felt the need for a 'mental health break'. I decided to book a trip to New York City the weekend of July 19-22/12. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Our tour guide Christine was phenomenal and kept us entertained during the long ride, with games, videos and her very sharp sense of humour. John, our driver, was a master on the roads, manipulating his way through the streets of the Big Apple like the seasoned pro he is. He was a real gentleman, helping each of us off the coach at every stop. Christine did such a fantastic job getting us oriented to how to find our way around, that I found myself giving directions to confused tourists in Time Square!
The lights, the sounds, the crowds, the chaos, the smells kept my senses overloaded as I strolled down Broadway. Although I was travelling solo, at no time was I concerned about my safety and, personally, the sense of freedom was one I hadn't enjoyed in a long time! My fellow tour passengers were a terrific bunch and included newlyweds on their honeymoon, moms and daughters, girlfriends, families and married couples. We shared many a laugh, belted out a few songs together (' New York, New York' with Frank Sinatra blaring from the speakers in the coach!) as well as a couple of drinks at our beautiful hotel. Christine and John are a great team and went above and beyond the normal scope of their duties to ensure that we were all taken care of and had a weekend to remember. They were great ambassadors for Comfort Tours and Denny's Coach Lines. Thanks for a wonderful 4 days!
