My daughter and I took your NYC bus tour recently (July 5 –8).  I have been meaning to let you know how much we enjoyed it. Our tour director, Rick, was excellent ... personable, organized and knowledgeable. He even guided and encouraged us to try some things on our own (ie. taking the subway and the train back to our hotel). The hotel was four star and the breakfast outstanding.  The hotel was within walking distance to the train station in New Brunswick, NJ. Our bus driver, Wayne, was very professional and a certainly knew his way around NYC. We would highly recommend this tour – for a reasonable price it was a lovely adventure.

We went 2 new york last july 26 to 29 with your bus tours and its really amazing natasha our tour is very knowlegeable about our tours, and john is amazing as well, he's like a new yorker,driving in new york city.our tour are really nice experience.definitely we will come back again and join your tours again,once again tyvm and its an amazing experience.

Our Boston tour was wonderful.  Our tour guide Eliane was wonderful, as was our driver Ken.  Both were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and competent.
The Sheraton hotel could very easily improve their breakfasts ie maybe bacon and toast to name a few items.  There was no comparison to the breakfasts at the Hyatt in Chicago.  We understand  renovations are soon to happen at the Sheraton and we noticed a few areas that could use it although our room was fine.

My son and I returned from the Boston tour last night.  We both enjoyed ourselves very, very much.  Boston is a lovely city, rich in history.  The local tour guide, John, gave us many interesting facts and showed us a lot of historically significant places in Boston and across in Cambridge.  The trip to Hyannis, on Cape Cod,  and Plymouth, on the coast, was a lovely contrast to the city, the day before.  We had lots of free time each day to explore on our own and do whatever we wanted.  I cannot say enough about Eliane, our Tour Director.  She took very good care of all of us on the tour.  She was always available for us, gave us lots of interesting information and advice, and made the long drive seem "not so long". It was always a pleasure to see her smiling face each day!  A huge thank you to Eliane!  Ken, our driver, had amazing skill at maneuvering the bus and it always left my son and I in awe. Thank you to Ken for a smooth and safe drive. This was our first tour with your company and it certainly won't be our last. We look forward to the next one! Thank you Comfort Tour Canada!
