Natasha our tour guide was the most professional and world class tour guide I have ever experienced.
Wayne, the driver was also terrific and one of the best, if not the best.
This was our very first bus tour and we didn't know what to expect. We really enjoyed the tour to Chicago. The Hotel was beautiful, just a nice quiet place after a day in the busy downtown. We had Natasha as a guide and she did an excellent job, very helpful and entertaining and the driver, Wayne kept us save on the road. The tour was well organized. We are not really into shopping at outlet malls, but the ones they took us to were very nice and we enjoyed them, too. It was an excellent trip and we would like to go to New York City next.

I must in all honesty say, I thoroughly enjoyed the Chicago experience ( this was no stinky onion to me) !
Natasha is evidently a very professional individual, abounding with energy. I enjoyed her down-to-earth humour and observations, that she gave us in generous doses. She certainly walked the extra mile to keep us informed and entertained. Natasha, you have a fan in me!
Wayne is an exceptional driver, uncomplaining obliging to a fault. I pray for God's divine protection upon him as he manoeuvres challenging roads in foreign places.
Our accommodation at The Hyatt lodge was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good
I shall certainly be a loyal customer and choose you first for future travels.
