Thank you for the follow up.  My mother and I really enjoyed the Boston trip.  Our tour director, Pam, and our driver, Ken, were both wonderful and very accommodating.  I have already recommended you to family and friends.  I would love to do the New York tour, but I’m not sure my mom is up to the walking.  We’ll see.

This is the 3^rd tour (previous two were the Montreal-Ottawa-Quebec & New York)  that we joined with you and I must say, Comfort Travel has never disappointed us.  It has always been a wonderful and enjoyable experience.  Everything is well organized – tour information adequate, well timed and well planned.  Carole, our Host,  never gets tired to check on us, Wayne was a very good driver and both of them keeps us well informed on what is happening.  Everybody in our group was so nice.  We are now planning to join the Boston & Washington tours.

A day before I left, I was speaking with one of our business contacts and I did not think twice of referring Comfort Travel to him.

Boston Labour Day w/e 2012,

We had a great tour in Boston with the friendly, organized and funny Pam as our tour guide. The bus driver John was very interested in the passengers well-being  and skilled at driving in traffic.

The tour in Boston by the local guide was excellent and it was a great combination of a driving and walking tour.  He offered not only dates and facts but interesting stories about Harvard,  Boston districts and the colonial period that text books do not illustrate. Free time is perfect as we could go where we liked for dinner and explore the area. Cheers is a fun place to have a beer! The food choices at Quincy Market Food Court was extensive and had local stuff like Clam Chowda.  Plymouth Rock/Tour of Mayflower was extremely interesting and a good break from the city the day before. We recommend the free walking tour by the Ranger that takes place every 30 minutes. The optional group sea food dinner on Sunday was excellent, affordable and very enjoyable to share the experience with our fellow travelers.

This is our second tour with Comfort (NYC 2011) and we were very happy with everything from start to finish. My husband and I loved Boston and now we want to take the tour to Chicago and hope to have the same staff again, Pam and John.

The hotel was quite a distance from Boston however it was quiet at night, heavenly beds and no traffic noise. The pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good, lots to eat and good service. What more could you ask for?

Thank you Comfort Tours for a wonderful Boston and vicinity experience. We had a wonderful, knowledgeable, and fun tour guide, Pam Cook.  We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide, the personal service that she provided went well beyond our expectations. The level of service, from her pre trip introductory phone call extending all the way to calling a taxi upon our return to the drop off location was appreciated. She provided us with city maps (and shopping maps + coupons) for our destinations which helped us organize our free time, not to mention, all other literature she passed around for our perusal. Time flew by on the bus, due to her fun games, and great sense of humour.  We were lucky to have John “Moose” as our driver, who provided us with a very safe and fun trip.  Love your ties John, as well as your jokes!!!  We had a great group on board, from the young adults to the young at heart seniors.  The group was so friendly, and it was a pleasure spending our weekend with everyone. We highly recommend this company, Pam Cook as a Tour Guide, and John as the Best Driver. Till the next time...
