I cannot express my sincerest appreciation in acknowledging the EXCELLENT service and friendship felt by our recent tour guide Pam Cook. We recently came back from your New York excursion with my WHOLE Family. What a trip we had!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company was excellent. Pam was extremely knowledgeable and made our fears of venturing out disappear, as we ventured outside of Manhattan one day to Hoboken New Jersey to visit Carlo’s Bakery with my girls. I can’t tell you how much they enjoyed that. Pam engaged my girls on the bus and made them feel very comfortable with the rest of the older clients. SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

This trip was jammed pack and every penny we spent was worth it and more. I would be remise in not acknowledging Pam’s on the road partner Cam. Cam was our Bus Driver who deserves a MEDAL (GOLD at that) in how he manoeuvred our bus through Manhattan and kept his cool with those drivers making their own rules to the road.   

A trip we will never forget.

We were very pleased with our recent tour to New York City and found the accommodations excellent.  The tour director Pam Cook was wonderful – providing lots of funny stories, movies, music, games and more during the  bus ride to our destination.  She also offered many tips and advice for enjoying our tour to the fullest.  She was friendly and very willing to help in any way to ensure that we experienced a successful and enjoyable trip.  The bus driver, Cam did a fabulous job of manoevering the bus through congested New York city traffic and keeping us all safe and happy.

The only suggestion I have to offer is that we found the seating on the bus a little tight.  It would be helpful to have a pocket on the back of the seat ahead to have a place to put a few personal items or papers.

However, our tour director, Pam deserves our fullest praise and we would certainly arrange a future tour elsewhere with Comfort Tours.

Thanks for the e-mail.. I want to let you knowthat the NYC tour was one of the best I have been on.  This was mainly because of our TD Pam and the Driver Cam.  What a team.  Pam was very thorough in all instructions etc. and lots of good info. was given to us. Also she has a very fun way of keeping us from being bored on the long drive to and  from NYC.  On that note I would suggest cutting back on the shopping time (either at Duty Free or Corning Glass) on the trip to NYC.  The drive took too much time and considering the early start the next day , and the quality tour we were given of the city, I would have liked a little more down time at the hotel the first night.  Otherwise everything was top notch.  Cam is a very friendly, helpful man as well as a wonderful driver, and was a terrific back up for Pam who was "on the go" all the time , on the bus and off..   Enjoyed it greatly.  Lydia Bell

I just wanted to write and let you know what a great time we had on our Boston trip with Pam and Ken.  We had so much fun.

Pam kept us busy so we would not get bored and was very informative and just an all round great person.  Even though it rained all weekend, it did not put a damper on Pam’s spirits and she kept our spirits high.  Ken was a great driver and a very nice man.  We saw so much and now we want to go back and explore the city on our own now that we have seen all the highlights and know where everything is.

We learned so much of the history in and around Boston from Pam.

We will definitely be travelling with Comfort tours again and can only hope that we have Pam as our tour guide and Ken as the drive.  Next year Chicago....
