I have just returned from your tour to New York City and I would like to take this opportunity to thank our lovely Tour Guide, Natasha and our skillful driver John for providing such excellent care for all the passengers on this tour.  This is particularly important as this was the first tour following "Hurricane Sandy".

Natasha's help and kindness shown to all was wonderful and John's knowledge and driving skills were amazing.
Our "in town" guide Hardy was a wealth of information and full of fun.  I found all the people of New York friendly, courteous and helpful, which only added to this great adventure.

I highly recommend Comfort Tours and their staff and look forward to my next trip, hopefully Chicago in the Spring.

Just a note to thank Pam our tour guide, and Cam, the driver who showed us New York City. It was wonderful. Pam certainly has the right job for her personality. She is also quite the comedian. She loves her job and makes you feel like a close friend.

Cam was charming and funny also, and probably the world's best bus driver. The way he drove us through downtown New York City just blew me away. It was our first bus tour.  I would recommend Comfort Tours to our friends without hesitation.

Thanks again to Pam and Cam for making our vacation a pleasant one.

We have just returned from a trip to New York on November 8th to 11th.  We had the most amazing time.  Our tour guide Natasha was wonderful.  She made everything fun and was so knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our needs.  Our driver John was incredible in the way he maneuvered in and out of New York traffic and was very pleasant and helpful.The hotel was very nice also and served a wonderful breakfast   The only bad part is that it ended too soon! I would definitely book again with Comfort Tours, perhaps Chicago this time.
