What a awesome trip to New York City on May 25-28/2017. Our tour guide, Natasha and John were exceptionally professional, knowledgable and were committed that everything is as planned and everyone is taken care of. This was my second trip with Comfort Tour to NYC and this trip was one of the most memorable and fun, again thanks to Natasha and John, especially this time was for my son's 18 Birthday.
Natasha and John were guiding this tour so graciously! Hotel was an excellent choice with great food. Many thanks to - Comfort Tour -for your meticulous attention to our comfort. I am looking forward to have many trips with Comfort Tour! Once again, thank you so much! - Stanna
NYC May 25-28
We have just recently returned from a Comfort Tour 4 day trip to New York (May 25-28). FABULOUS is the first word that comes to mind. I could go on for hours on how much we enjoyed the whole trip. It was our first trip to New York and with Comfort Tours and we do not have any complaints or things we would like changed. Our bus driver from Denny's John and our Comfort Tour Guide Natasha were absolutely amazing. I feel like we are long time friends. John can navigate the bus on a dime and safely. Is there anything that Natasha does not know.....a walking book of info. The Hyatt Regency New Brunswick was beautiful. Long bus ride but with several stops to eat and stretch, movies on the bus and chatting with new friends made time fly by. Touring New York was a dream. We laughed, we cried, we relaxed and we tried our best to become New Yorkers. Very friendly and exciting City. In summary, we loved it, we will definitely go back to New York City with Comfort Tours and also look forward to travelling with Comfort Tours to other cities. Thank you for your professional service, expert planning, and giving us a trip we won't forget. I managed to take over 1000 photos. 200 are uploaded to my facebook site. -Debbie

My friends and I all had a fantastic time in New York City with Natasha, and our Denny's driver, John. The city guide, Eugene, as also outstanding. We were looked after really well, the coach and hotel were great, and we had the perfect combination of escorted time and free time. I'm recommending Comfort Tours to everyone I meet!-Midge

We just returned from a great four day trip to New York with Comfort Tour. We give it a five start rating without hesitation; from equipment (Denny's Bus line), to accommodation, program, organisation and most importantly, to our tour guide Natasha and driver John, who are top notch professionals, the trip was most enjoyable. We can recommend Comfort Tour to anyone looking for an easy, well organized guided tour to any city. -Jary & Peter

My daughter and I took the Victoria weekend NYC tour. This was our 2nd tour but first with Comfort tours. I have to say this tour although a little more expensive was so much better. Greg the bus driver made us feel totally safe on the long drive there and back and maneuvered the NYC streets well. He was friendly and punctual and treated us very well. It was hard to realize that as we were vacationing he was actually WORKING the entire time, pleasantly.
Costin was a hoot, I could never tell is he was joking or serious but he got us around and back and answered any questions we had. We took him up on his dinner locations and had to admit they were all a hit! We had some good food, great drinks and lots of fun!
The hotel was great. It was large and clean and the breakfast was plentiful, hot and filling. There was anything you wanted available.
We took to the streets of New Brunswick later in the evenings and visited a few pubs in town and found it friendly and safe.
All in all it was a safe fun trip. We enjoyed the trips, ferry, central park and shopping. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it. - Joanne
