My daughter and I took the Victoria weekend NYC tour. This was our 2nd tour but first with Comfort tours. I have to say this tour although a little more expensive was so much better. Greg the bus driver made us feel totally safe on the long drive there and back and maneuvered the NYC streets well. He was friendly and punctual and treated us very well. It was hard to realize that as we were vacationing he was actually WORKING the entire time, pleasantly.

Costin was a hoot, I could never tell is he was joking or serious but he got us around and back and answered any questions we had. We took him up on his dinner locations and had to admit they were all a hit! We had some good food, great drinks and lots of fun!

The hotel was great. It was large and clean and the breakfast was plentiful, hot and filling. There was anything you wanted available.

We took to the streets of New Brunswick later in the evenings and visited a few pubs in town and found it friendly and safe.

All in all it was a safe fun trip. We enjoyed the trips, ferry, central park and shopping. We would definitely do it again and highly recommend it. - Joanne

We had a very good time. Driver and tour director was very infomative and very prompt. Hotel was very good in every way. I will tell all the people that i know how want to have experience traveling by bus.

NYC Victoria Day Long Weekend

Hi there, My name is Santhanam Narasimhalu passenger on your recent tour May 19-22, 2017 NYC tour. I would like to convey my thanks to the Driver Greg & the Tour Director Costin Manu for such a wonderful trip experience. Both of them were very friendly and helpful. This was my first bus tour experience in North America. Bit concerned & worried when I had booked my tour package for self only with Comfort tours. But glad to state that it was an awesome experience. Right from booking & paying for the tour program online, till I was dropped back from where I was picked up it was quite an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend Comfort tours to any of my friends and relatives who would like to take this bus tour program. worth every penny you spend. My input to Tour Director would be please mention for those who are coming on this tour for first time Broadway Avenue is having two parts East and West. So that new comers won't get lost in confusion. I could able to figure this out after looking at the street map for directions. I got lost on East Broadway and went up to Brooklin and came back again to figure out that I was on wrong side of the avenue. I would say that was the best way you figure out the city for yiourself. I do not want others to go through the ordeal I went through. Apart from that the tour experience was really amazing. Thanks guys, Santhanam N

Labour Day long weekend 2017

Nothing but 5 stars! I travelled with Comfort Tour years ago and was amazed how their service improved over years! Tour guide Eliane was very knowledgeable, easy going, helpful, kept us informed about the trip and important facts, I learned a lot on that trip through trivia questions we had. It's a long drive to Washington DC but it's so well organized, you don't even feel it. Our driver Patty had supplies of cold water which not only saved us extra cash, but was available any time we needed it. I would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Tour and will consider more adventures with them. Great service, keep up good work, it's pleasure to see businesses growing with customer care in mind and not just pure profit. Big Thanks!-Bi
