Our tour coordinator, Eliane Delettre is exceptional. She provided a very personal and professional service. I travel a lot but never have I come across the kind of service provided by Eliane. New York City June 8-11

We had a fantastic trip to New York June 8 to 11.The staff was awesome. Elaine made us fell welcomed and comfortable, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and well organised.

Al drove great he was very skilled in driving around New York. He drove safety and confidently I felt safe with his driving. He was also friendly and upbeat.

The only thing that was hard was the lack of leg room for my husband especially driving there and back. The educational movies could use some updating.

I was so impressed with Comfort Tours! I had a wonderful time travelling with your company to NYC. It honestly could not have run any smoother and that is because of Al, the bus driver, who always had a smile on his face and drove with such competency; and the tour guide Eliane. She was the best! So pleasant and competent also. The communication between AL and Eliane made for a wonderful time visiting NYC. I would not hesitate to go again with these two on another trip. New York City June 8-11

My wife and I along with 16 friends joined Comfort Tours for their trip to New York June 1st / 17. It was an enjoyable trip with Julie who was the tour guide. She was very proficient and kept us running on time so all of the items mentioned in the brochure were covered. "Pat" the tour guide from New York who joined us for a day was great at giving us all the little tidbits of information and made that portion of the trip very informative. The accommodations were great and the drive was broken up perfectly to insure that it didn't become a "boring" bus ride. Thanks for great trip. -Group of 18 from Owen Sound

NYC June 1-4

Hello, we recently took your NYC tour with Julie (Jun 1-4). I have to say for our first bus tour it was a wonderful experience. Julie's ability to have everyone's best interest at heart is remarkable. She was so organized and didn't leave anything out of our 4 day trip. She made a point of getting to know all of our wants for this trip, and went the extra mail to make sure it happened. I would also like to commend our NYC tour guide Pat who made our experience fantastic. She has a wealth of information and answered what ever questions we all had. A JOB WELL DONE!!! - Gladys
