What our passengers are saying?

OK…. this notification just reminded me that I meant to send you a note telling Comfort Tours what a marvellous time we had on our trip to Nashville out of Penetang. Our tour guide Julie was as fabulous at taking care of us in and out of everywhere, and so was our bus driver Harry. These are wonderful people who guide us and are full of information. I look forward to always seeing them both on our trips. This was our 3rd trip and enjoyable as N.Y. and Chicago (which we would do all over again, as there was so much to see).

This trip to Nashville had the most gorgeous hotels we have ever been in, and the food was the most and best we have ever experienced. The dinner show on the General Jackson paddle boat was terrific, delicious drinks, and entertainment singers and dancers, with at least 20 costume changes kept us wanting more. The grand ole oprey was exciting just to be there, and we were entertained by Ronny Milsap, and others, and the tours and tour guides were so full of information it was all good and fun.

Nashville May 25-29

I just returned from your tour of New York and I must say that I truly enjoyed it.

Our tour coordinator, Eliane Delettre is exceptional. She provided a very personal and professional service. I travel a lot but never have I come across the kind of service provided by Eliane. I will definitely recommend Comfort Tour to my family and friends. I am looking to book your Canadian East Coast in the fall.

New York City June 8-11

We had a fantastic trip to New York June 8 to 11.The staff was awesome. Elaine made us fell welcomed and comfortable, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and well organised.

Al drove great he was very skilled in driving around New York. He drove safety and confidently I felt safe with his driving. He was also friendly and upbeat.

The only thing that was hard was the lack of leg room for my husband especially driving there and back. The educational movies could use some updating.

I was so impressed with Comfort Tours! I had a wonderful time travelling with your company to NYC. It honestly could not have run any smoother and that is because of Al, the bus driver, who always had a smile on his face and drove with such competency; and the tour guide Eliane. She was the best! So pleasant and competent also. The communication between AL and Eliane made for a wonderful time visiting NYC. I would not hesitate to go again with these two on another trip. Boston is really appealing to me. Thank you so much for great memories of our time in NYC. Grace

New York City June 8-11

My wife and I along with 16 friends joined Comfort Tours for their trip to New York June 1st / 17. It was an enjoyable trip with Julie who was the tour guide. She was very proficient and kept us running on time so all of the items mentioned in the brochure were covered. "Pat" the tour guide from New York who joined us for a day was great at giving us all the little tidbits of information and made that portion of the trip very informative. The accommodations were great and the drive was broken up perfectly to insure that it didn't become a "boring" bus ride. Thanks for great trip. -Group of 18 from Owen Sound
