Great U.S trip with Julie Tour director

Our trip to New York (June 29 to July 3, 2017) will be cherished forever. A Big Thank you to Carole (Our Tour Guide) & Al (Our bus driver) for their amazing spirit, friendliness, kindness & care. They were always willing to help absolutely wonderful. Carole – an amazing lady! Very methodical and punctual. She kept everyone on the tour well informed about all different things to do around New York and gave us sound advice on things to do and what not to do. She was always able to add relevant anecdotes from her former tours to help us with our amazing tour. She cared for us, at every stop she did a head count to make sure all were in and none left behind. Al – His smile was so infectious! He was the most jovial person on the bus. He was always on time. He had the bus spic and span. I never felt the great distances we travelled because Al drove at a steady and safe speed. He made us so comfortable all the way through. Eugene – The New York Tour guide was the perfect match for us! He was funny and he knows New York like the back of his hand! He has unbelievable knowledge about the city. Hotel – The Westin Governor Morris is amazing, very comfortable. We wish we were able to spend more time in it! We had an absolutely wonderful time. NYC July 6-9

This trip with Eliane (Bus tour guide) and Patty (bus driver) was an amazing experience. We want to commend these two awesome people for going out of their way to go above and beyond to make our trip the most enjoyable on our very first bus tour. Without their patience and helpfulness our trip would have been a lot different. Eliane was very informative and witty and kept us on our toes with little quizzes and things she had us doing to make our experience more memorable. Patty is a great driver and tried her very best to get us as close to drop off points as possible. Everyone on the bus were very nice and helpful especially when Bob needed a little extra help to get to the bus. The weather and traffic was great . It was a great trip were we made friends and enjoyed everyone's company.This was our first trip with your company and our experience was one that we hope we can do again in the future. We hope that Eliane and Patty will know how we really enjoyed their help and patience.
