This trip with Eliane (Bus tour guide) and Patty (bus driver) was an amazing experience. We want to commend these two awesome people for going out of their way to go above and beyond to make our trip the most enjoyable on our very first bus tour. Without their patience and helpfulness our trip would have been a lot different.  Eliane was very informative and witty and kept us on our toes with little quizzes and things she had us doing to make our experience more memorable. Patty is a great driver and tried her very best to get us as close to drop off points as possible. Everyone on the bus were very  nice and helpful especially when Bob needed a little extra help to get to the bus. The weather and traffic was great . It was a great trip were we made friends and enjoyed everyone's company.This was our first trip with your company and our experience was one that we hope we can do again in the future. We went to New York and had a wonderful time travelling with Comfort Tours.  Al the bus driver was amazing maneuvering the bus through the streets of NY and he always had a smile on his face.  Eliane was our guide, so organized and very knowledgeable and gave us many options of things to do in our free time.  We travelled to Chicago in Aug/2016 and Eliane was our guide and we were so happy to see her again.  We are hoping to go to Boston next year and hopefully she will be our guide and Al our driver.  Thanks Comfort tours for a great trip.
