My husband recently surprised me with a tour to New York through your company.
What a great trip!

Our driver John, was punctual, friendly and fun.  Jackie, our tour director, was very
friendly, informative, and completely approachable.  She went above and beyond the
call of duty, (making sure everyone was together, buying tickets for attractions for
the group in advance,  recommending local  spots). She was one of the main reasons
the tour was so enjoyable.  We were able to relax because Jackie took care of all
the details.

We were a little disappointed with the local tour guide.  He was not engaging,  he just
spewed facts.  He did not wait for the entire group to present to start and seem to be
racing through the stops without waiting for the group.  His speaker system was not
very effective, making it impossible to hear him.  He also contradicted Jackie regarding
meeting times and places.  He honestly just seemed very uninterested in being there.

We thought all the stops were very well planned and there was enough time to explore
a chosen area of the city.  Our only suggestion would be to perhaps change the pick up
point from one day to the next.  Instead of Macy's being the drop-off/pick-up point both
days,  if on one day a new spot was assigned, it would be easier to explore a different
part of the city.  Although Macy's was a great in between point,  the subway system
was confusing, and the cabs were expensive.

Overall, a really great experience with very minor complaints.  I didn't think I would enjoy
a tour, but thanks to our experience with your company,  I am looking forward to our
next bus tour.
