We enjoyed it very much  and would recommend it. Very well organised. Buses on time,
excellent hotel ( great service), responsible driver. Heather was polite, entertaining, fun,
efficient, superb at managing crisis. She exceeded in guiding the group to achieve
agreements despite of differences in age, interests and backgrounds.
She made everyone feel that the tour was her home and she was the best host ever .
She was amazing !!!

We would just like to let you know that we truly enjoyed our tour of New York City with you. 
It was above and beyond our expectations.  This was our first trip to New York and without
a doubt it was truly memorable.  Thank you for making the bus trip really fun and enojable,
the time just flew by.

t was great,especially with senior people,they were very sweet. Paul is a great person and funny
too,time went very fast. the driver was co-operative too. Tourist guide were also very intelligent
and experienced. Rest it was a great tour and we were very satisfied with everything.
