The bus tour was great. The driver and tour guide were fantastic (Wayne & Christine) -
very friendly and knowledgeable The hotel was very nice and the buffet breakfast great.
We couldn't have imagined having any better of a time. We will definitely be taking this tour again.

Yes, we really did enjoy the trip. It was wonderful. I would recommend to all
my friends and relatives. A special thank you to Christine and Wayne, they were great.
Christine was really nice, she was caring and concerned and as she quoted ....
"she was actually a mother to all of us during the entire journey". I shall look forward
to travel again with Comfort travels. Please keep us informed.

We went as a group of four and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Some persons weren't convinced this was the best way to go and wanted us to drive and
do our own thing. However, by the end of the trip they were convinced that it was the best way. 
The comments are as follows:

A stop in old Montreal to see some of the street art would've been good.
However, we also appreciate that it was a long and packed trip.

The driver was calm, focused and his attention to the road and keeping us safe was amazing.
We all appreciated THAT.

The trip was well-organised, with many details attended to. However, it was a little odd to notice
that our group as well as another group were separated by so many rooms and floors rather
than closer together. We specifically had made the request and one would've thought that
was something the hotel would have tried to accommodate. Many of us on the bus were
in rooms on the same floor and beside each other. However, two rooms booked as a group
were far away.

The guide was very good and complemented the driver. The guides picked up in the cities
were good and knowledgeable. I noted that some people were a bit offended by the second
guide's (Bryan) sense of humour in Quebec. They felt he was a bit condescending,
but I don't think that all people will be pleased all the time.

I and others found the person who greeted us at the front desk in the hotel rather rude and
unhelpful. Some persons I know ran out of toilet paper in their room - which was
a bit bizarre. The rooms were, however generally okay, though I sense a little bit
of slippage on maintenance. As someone who's worked in the travel industry myself
and who worked in the hotel sector, I found it hard to believe the hotel was in fact a four star.
They did not live up to their rating.

The tours are good and we were pleasant surprised, given the inclement weather
and the possibility for a lousy day. The flexibility of the driver, guides, etc really helped
us to feel at home and comfortable. The movies on the bus were a fantastic idea. Well done!

We will definitely use Comfort Travel again, and I just wish that you did more tours
to more areas.

One thing of note... It would be nice if you gave somewhat of an incentive to repeat customers.
I would love to convince the group to do the NY tour, but I know that in a recession,
it might be a little difficult, though I'm sure I could definitely say let's do a trip at least
once every year in summer!  Good luck with your tours.

This is to place on record how much my partner and I enjoyed the tour of Montreal,Quebec and
Ottawa this weekend. I would like to make special mention of Paul the main guide who couldn't have
been more efficient and helpful in every respect - likewise John the driver who did a very good job.
Then there was Tammy - Paul's assistant in training who couldn't have been nicer and I am sure will
make a very good guide. And of course the 3 guides who imparted so much information in each city
we visited - they couldn't have been more knowledgeable. All in all I have nothing but praise for your
company - everything ran like clockwork - due mainly to Paul and I will certainly recommend anyone
planning an out of town trip. Last but not least I must make mention of the hotel Nouvel - the room
was more than comfortable and I would stay there another time.
