I wanted to write and let you know that my husband and I both had an outstanding time on your
NYC tour this past July 1-4.  Although the booking process was a little rough to start, it all came
together in the end.  Your tour director Christine Gunter was terrific, very knowledgeable,
willing to go above and beyond, and available and any given time.  John our driver was also terrific,
very professional and calm even in NY traffic !!.  He and Christine were truly the " dynamic duo ".
 
I would and will recommend your tour to my friends and family as it was WELL worth the cost. 
The hotel was beautiful, very comfortable. I am hoping that your company will look at adding
additional tour destinations in the near future and I will continue to check your web-site.

Thank you.  My mother, who is visiting from the U.K.,  and I really enjoyed the trip. 
It was a little hectic but a great way to see three cities in three days. 
Our bus driver Jim and tour coordinator Paul Hagarty were always very pleasant and helpful. 
The city tour personnel were also very nice. The Hotel was very nice, no problems at all -
great to have the wake-up call arranged for us. Rest stops were timed well and I don't think
anyone had to use the emergency facilities on the bus. Weather could have co-operated
a little more but what can you do.

All in all I would definitely recommend Comfort Tours.

The bus tour was great. The driver and tour guide were fantastic (Wayne & Christine) -
very friendly and knowledgeable The hotel was very nice and the buffet breakfast great.
We couldn't have imagined having any better of a time. We will definitely be taking this tour again.
