I would like to comment on my recent trip to New York with your company.  
It was most enjoyable, and covered everything we wanted to see in the city of New York. 
Your tour guide, Paul, was exceptional.  He was always looking out for everyone's safety,
and made our trip very pleasant.  He was  very informative, humorous,   and catered to
the entire group's needs.  Also, the bus driver, Wayne, was a very safe and responsible driver. 
These two individuals work well together, and should be commended for their professionalism,
and hard work.  I hope you will pass this message to both of them.   I would definitely consider
travelling with you in future, and would recommend your company to friends.

Marilyn and John were so good, John sure knows the sights and streets of the big Apple.
I had never been there before so it was unreal. Marilyn was such a friendly person and

You might have forgot me,we had a Package tour with you on 1st October"09. Pam & Ken was
with us.We had a wonderful time with them.Pam was taking utmost care as a guide & a friend.
I was also pleased with Ken as a sober captain. We really enjoyed the trip,beyond my expectation.
I will definately recommend my family
