Hi,

My family and I just returned from a great time in Chicago Sept 3-6. 
This was our second trip with Comfort Travel.  Last year we did NYC.

Pam, our tour guide, was great.  Pam kept us busy with games and showed
us a few movies.

Wayne, our bus driver was awesome.  He even took a group of us to the
Shedd Aquarium, which he didn’t have too.  Thanks Wayne!!!!!!!!!

Chicago was everything we hoped it would be.  Such a beautiful city very clean
and friendly.  It’s a must see city.

We really enjoyed our free time 3-8.   Still not enough time to do everything.

Our hotel the Renaissance was so clean and comfortable.  Beds were so comfy,
with plenty of pillows.  The breakfast buffet was great.  Never got a chance to visit
the Cheesecake Factory which was just next door.

I highly recommend Comfort Travel.  We are so looking forward to the Boston
next year and  the Washington trip.

Just a note to let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed the trip to New York with your Company.

The tour guide Pam was excellent, so knowledgeable and helpful and ready
to help with any problem,

big or small.

Greg the driver, was excellent also, and managed to get us all to the attractions and
back to our hotel

as well and home safely to Canada.

The Hotel was very good and we had a great breakfast there every morning. 
I would recommend the Hyatt Hotel

to everyone.

Great trip and great people looking after us.
