Calgary & the Gateway to the Canadian Rockies

Our journey begins with a direct flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Calgary (YYC). Upon arrival, we begin exploring Calgary with a guided city tour featuring some of the city’s best-known landmarks, including the Calgary Tower, Stampede Grounds and Olympic facilities.

We then leave Calgary behind and travel toward the mountains for our stay in beautiful Canmore, Alberta, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Canadian Rockies.

Explore Banff National Park

No Canadian Rockies vacation would be complete without visiting Banff National Park.

Our guided Banff sightseeing tour takes in famous attractions including the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, the Hoodoos, Tunnel Mountain and beautiful Lake Minnewanka.

Guests can also choose an optional ride on the Banff Gondola to Sulphur Mountain for incredible panoramic views across the Rocky Mountains.

Lake Louise & Columbia Icefield

One of the highlights of our Western Canada tour is the journey along the magnificent Icefields Parkway.

We’ll visit world-famous Lake Louise and stop for photos near the iconic Fairmont Château Lake Louise before continuing through some of Canada’s most dramatic mountain scenery.

Along the way, enjoy views of destinations such as Bow Lake, Crowfoot Glacier and, time permitting, Peyto Lake.

At the Columbia Icefield, experience an unforgettable Ice Explorer adventure onto the glacier before continuing through the Rockies to Golden, British Columbia.

Golden, Rogers Pass & the Okanagan

From Golden, our journey west continues through the spectacular mountain landscapes of British Columbia.

Visit the Rogers Pass Discovery Centre and walk among towering ancient trees at the Giant Cedars Boardwalk before travelling toward Salmon Arm.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Shuswap Lake and Salmon Arm Wharf, then continue into British Columbia’s scenic Okanagan region for an overnight stay in Kelowna.

Kelowna to Vancouver

Leaving Kelowna, we travel through the beautiful landscapes of southern British Columbia, including a stop in the Osoyoos area before continuing through Hope and onward to Vancouver.

Upon arrival in Vancouver, settle into your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Victoria & Vancouver Island

The adventure continues with a scenic BC Ferries journey to Vancouver Island.

In Victoria, we’ll visit the world-famous Butchart Gardens and see some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks, including the Fairmont Empress, Victoria’s Inner Harbour, the Parliament Buildings and the Royal BC Museum area.

After exploring beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, we return by ferry to Vancouver.

Vancouver, Sea-to-Sky Highway & Whistler

Experience the highlights of Vancouver before setting out along one of Canada’s most spectacular drives — the Sea-to-Sky Highway from Vancouver to Whistler.

Travel across the Lions Gate Bridge and enjoy breathtaking coastal and mountain scenery. Along the way, we’ll visit Shannon Falls before continuing to the famous mountain resort of Whistler.

Enjoy free time in Whistler Village to explore its shops, cafés and beautiful pedestrian streets before returning to Vancouver.

Granville Island & Return to Toronto

Before saying goodbye to Western Canada, enjoy a final visit to Granville Island, one of Vancouver’s most popular destinations.
