I wanted to send a quick message to let you know my family just returned from the NYC trip. Wow! That trip did not disappoint: everything was absolutely perfect. I took my whole family (6 of us) and we went on June 29-July 2 trip with Gerda and James. By the end of the trip, we were all like family. James is an excellent driver and Gerda an excellent host/tour guide. She made sure everything ran 100% smoothly and I’m unsure what you’re paying these people, but it’s not enough. Talk about professionalism, punctuality, and a thorough knowledge of the tour they’re guiding. We had a wonderful time, will definitely go on another tour and will highly recommend to family and friends. -Pam more
