I'd like to personally appreciate and thank the comfort tour's crew for the recent tour from Toronto to New York, on 29th of July to 1st of August. It was a pleasant experience due to the excellent quality of service provided. The trip was very well organized and we managed to reach every destination on time. I would especially like to thank our tour guide, Eliane and our bus driver, John, who always made us feel safe. Eliane was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept us informed while entertaining us with many stories. John was an excellent driver who drove very professionally through the city traffic while managing to be on time. The hotel, Hyatt Regency was luxurious and a comfortable stay.
