Niagara Falls Escorted Day Tours

Hi, I had a wonderful time in NYC this weekend. It's not possible to see everything in those 2 days but we got to see quite a bit and more with our free time. Heather the tour guide was great! She's very knowledgeable and very friendly, and is very organized. She was there to answer any questions we had and did a great job of keeping the group together, and made sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. I was happy to have her as our guide. Greg was an excellent driver and got us around, we couldn't have done it without him. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.  While I enjoyed the trip very much, the New York step on guide that was arranged for us was vague on some of the details with the city. Also it would be nice if we could get off for a few minutes at some of the other parts of the town like Soho district or Harlem, and take pictures. Maybe make the trip 5 days instead of 4 so that we have an extra day in the city? Other than that, I enjoyed every bit of the trip and I plan to take another bus tour with your company again.
