This trip was amazing, from start to finish. Our tour director Pam was excellent! She was very knowledgeable, patient, fun and organized. She always made sure everyone on the bus was well taken care of, offered lots of advice and much needed direction for our free time. She played great games on the bus to keep everyone entertained and told funny stories and jokes. Since we spent New Years in NYC, Pam offered to make reservations to a restaurant close to the hotel for anyone who wanted to join. This was a very nice gesture and we had a great time getting to know people on the bus. She went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Our driver Ken was also incredible! He is a talented driver navigating the streets of Manhattan. He was very patient and kind. He remained calm and safe throughout the drive. Overall, both Pam and Ken were awesome! We have only positive things to say about them, the company, and the trip. In addition, our tour guide Eugene (guide around Manhattan) was also great! He was very enthusiastic and had a wealth of knowledge to share! The perfect way to see Manhattan. Thank you very much for such an amazing trip to ring in 2012! Amanda and Marissa Lupo   more
