Hello,   I wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with some feedback about my recent bus tour to Chicago over the labour day long weekend. My mother and I really enjoyed the tour! Chicago is a wonderful city and your itinerary provided the group with a taste of the city, waterfront, history, architecture and so much more. I was thrilled to pass by Harpo Studios and the O store as well!   Pam, our tour director, and Wayne, the driver, were excellent. Pam was very knowledgeable, helpful and fun! We all felt safe with Wayne behind the wheel. Our local guide in Chicago, Trudy, was also very knowledgeable.   On a whole, the tour was a success. The hotel accommodations, tour, meals were great.
