Dear Staff of Comfort Tours: My Mom and I had a fabulous time in New York thanks to all of you! Wayne our driver was truly  professional  and went that "extra mile" to meet all our needs from the moment we boarded  your modern bus until we were safely home.  Suzanne was an excellent tour guide and provided us with countless extras like offering us candy "kisses". The Hyatt in New Brunswick,  New Jersey offered spacious comfortable accommodations and delicious buffet breakfasts.  Hardy, our New York guide knew the city like a pro and provided an excellent introduction to Manhattan.  Suzanne was very skilled at coordinating all 51 passengers as we boarded and disembarked 3 ferries to visit Ellis Island and the statue of Liberty. Moreover when I visited  your office prior to our journey  all of you were helpful in obtaining the correct trip insurance for my 84 year old Mom.  Both of us plan to take more bus adventures with you and have recommended  your tours to all our friends and relatives!
